Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jesterdom (the "Platform"), operated by Jester Revolution Limitada. By registering an account or placing a wager, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your location. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

2. Account Registration

• You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time for compliance purposes.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency only. You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address and network; funds sent incorrectly cannot be recovered.
• Withdrawals may be subject to verification and processing times. We reserve the right to withhold a withdrawal pending checks required by law or these Terms.
• We do not offer credit. You may only wager funds credited to your balance.

4. Fair Play and Game Rules

All game outcomes are determined using a provably fair system based on HMAC-SHA256 over a committed server seed, your client seed, and an incrementing nonce. You may verify any settled result from the Provably Fair panel. Any attempt to exploit bugs, use automated play, or manipulate outcomes is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions may carry specific terms including wagering requirements. Abuse of promotions, including collusion or bonus farming, will void related winnings.

6. Responsible Gambling

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose. We operate anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the balance in your account at the time the claim arose.

9. Changes and Termination

We may amend these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the licensee under its licence issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
